Leading With the Brain in Mind
Leading with the brain in mind is a program designed to help supervisors, managers and leaders better understand how the brain can inhibit and enable our and other’s ability to perform.
This course draws from a wide array of neuro-scientific literature and boils these complex findings down into information and techniques we can use and easily apply to gain greater self-awareness, improve performance and creativity and reduce stress.
Who Should Attend
This course is targeted for individuals responsible for supervising, managing, or leading others.
Outcomes
➤ Learn about how the brain works to inhibit and enable productivity and change.
➤ Understand how to enable others to improve performance, be more creative, increase motivation, and work more collaboratively.
