Leading With the Brain in Mind

Leading with the brain in mind is a program designed to help supervisors, managers and leaders better understand how the brain can inhibit and enable our and other’s ability to perform. 

This course draws from a wide array of neuro-scientific literature and boils these complex findings down into information and techniques we can use and easily apply to gain greater self-awareness, improve performance and creativity and reduce stress. 

Who Should Attend

This course is targeted for individuals responsible for supervising, managing, or leading others.

Outcomes

     Learn about how the brain works to inhibit and enable productivity and change.

     Understand how to enable others to improve performance, be more creative, increase motivation, and work more collaboratively.

     Learn key areas of self-care.  What you can do to ensure you are at your best, able to achieve goals, and keep stress at optimal level for performance and not burn out.

A combination of classroom instruction using video and one-on-one and small group interactions, feedback, reflection

This workshop is one day but can be customized to meet organizational needs.
